*Since there are no dues required at this time, all notifications required by ecARTS’ bylaws are sent electronically to save money and help the environment. If member does not have an email address, it will be the responsibility of that member to contact an officer or another member of ecARTS to have notices faxed or regular mailed, and a fee may be imposed.
